Macadamia Butter Overnight Oats with Probiotics

You’ll never rush out the door without breakfast again, not if you try these delicious overnight oats. Simply mix this recipe up the night before and stash the jar in the fridge to grab and go in the morning. Making overnight oats is a great way to give the oats a more chewy texture and retain more of their nutritional properties since there is no cooking involved. We used our macadamia nut butter to create an instant, additive-free mac nut milk which went over the oats and chia seeds. So creamy. This recipe also has a serving of Sunbiotics vanilla probiotic powder to give your gut health a little boost in the morning before taking on the day. 

The Recipe

Macadamia + Probiotic Overnight Oats

Serves 1

Ingredients


1 cup rolled oats
1 cup macadamia nut milk (combine 1 cup water with 1-2 Tbs Dastony mac nut butter and blend)
1 tsp chia seeds
1-2 tsp maple syrup
1/3 tsp Sunbiotics vanilla probiotic powder
Splash of vanilla

Steps

1. Combine ingredients in a mason jar, stir well, and let sit for at least 4 hours or overnight.

2. Serve with berries, honey, cinnamon, and an extra drizzle of mac nut butter. Enjoy!
