    Despite being high raw, I still enjoy confitures (Jams/Jellies) of sorts especially my Orange & Lemon Chia Marmalade but seeing as I am nearly out of my latest batch, and that I have an excess amount of frozen raspberries and blueberries left over from the summer months......
