Sinfully Sweet Cacao Thickshake

Ingredients 250 ml milk of choice, e.g. soy/almond/rice milk.. 2 tbsp raw cacao powder 1-2 tbsp plant based protein powder - chocolate or vanilla flavor
1 banana, in slices, frozen 2 tbsp oats, (glutenfree) 2 tsp peanut butter, homemade/sugarfree, or use stone ground raw almond butter some pure vanilla extract 2-3 tsp sweetener of choice, e.g. honey, maple, etc 100 ml water 2 dates, pitted & soaked
Toppings: 2-3 tsp cacao nibs berries of choice
Directions Add all the ingredients into a blender and and blend to a smooth and creamy consistency.
Pour the thick-shake into glasses, sprinkle the cacao nibs on top, garnish with fresh berries and enjoy with either a spoon or simply drink it.
