These wonderfully soft and fluffy pancakes by Tiasha Slana of Shine with Nature are raw, gluten-free, and contain only ONE ingredients - just PERFECT! Try them with raw nutella, stone ground almond butter, and fresh fruit. Perfect for this weekend's brunch.

Pancakes

1. Peel the bananas and finely chop them.

2. Do not mash them with a fork and do not mix them with any device. They should be chopped by hand.

3. Put a non-stick sheet on a dehydrator tray (I like to use parchment paper). You will need a 4 inch (12 cm) round cake tin.

4. For each pancake, you will need
