Raspberry, Kiwi and Avocado Smoothie Bowl

Is spring in the air where you live? Maybe it's not and you're still burried under a foot of snow. If so imagine a little sunshine in your life by making this cheerful and fruity, nutrient-rich, superfood-enhanced Raspberry Kiwi and Avocado Smoothie Bowl by Kelly Fielding of Bella and Bhakti.

Ingredients

2 small ripe bananas (frozen works best)
2 heaped tablespoons of raspberries
1/2 a ripe avocado
1/8 of a small beetroot
1/2 a medium zucchini (peeled is best for colour)
1 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon of maca powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla sprouted brown rice protein powder

The Toppings-

1 kiwi fruit
1 small banana
desiccated coconut
cashews
flaxseeds
cranberries
edible flowers

Directions

Blend the smoothie ingredients on high until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a bowl and add your toppings

Enjoy in the Spring sunshine!
