Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

This smoothie is also an excellent precursor to winter with both the warming and anti-inflammatory properties of cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.
Ingredients 6 ounces almond milk (use less for a thicker consistency)
Directions Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Garnish with a cinnamon stick. Sip, savor & enjoy!
