Over the Top Priobiotic Oat Smoothie

This is a smoothie you must make! Chris Anca
used a fresh nut milk kefir here, which gives things a great subtle sour flavor to help balance the sweetness, but feel free to use any nut milk or coconut milk that you wish. If you choose to go that route, simply add in a dose of Sunbiotics vanilla probiotic powder
for the probiotic boost. Make this smoothie when you need a solid boost to your immune system!
Ingredients Ingredients for green layer 1/2 cup vegan milk kefir (or fresh nut milk of choice) juice of 1/2 medium sized lemon 1 frozen banana (precut into chuncks) handful of pineapple cubes 1 tsp each: spirulina and matcha Ingredients for red layer 1/2 cup vegan milk kefir juice of 1/2 medium sized lemon a handful of mixed organic frozen berries 1 tsp maca powder (optional, but yum if you have it) 1/2 cup coconut water (or more nut milk) 1/2 cup wholegrain oats Middle layer 1/2 cup wholegrain oats to add in between smoothie layers if you want the smoothie to be more filling or if you just want it to look extra fancy . Directions 1. Add the ingredients for the green layer to a blender and blitz until super smooth.
2. Pour into a jar, then carefully add the oats on top, making sure they are evenly distributed and create a thick(ish) layer on top of the green smoothie blend.
3. Add the ingredients for the red layer in the blender (no need to wash in between) and blitz until super smooth. Gently pour on top of the oats layer.
4. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy in the sunshine. It
