On the Go Avocado Cacao Pudding

A densely nutritious and creamy chocolate pudding recipe from Summer Sanders of Radiantly Raw Lifestyles made with cacao, avocado, banana, vanilla and a potent dose of vitamin B12!

Vitamin B12 is a key nutrient for the health of our nervous system and is very commonly deficient within the body of both vegans AND non-vegans. Even though deficiencies can take place whether you eat a vegan diet or include animal products, it is recommended for all vegans to be especially mindful of getting adequate levels. What a delicious way to get a dose of B12! This is a great recipe for children, and/or pregnant or lactating mothers as well! Top with cacao nibs and enjoy!


1 1/2 medium avocado, pitted

1 small banana

2 to 3 tablespoons of cacao powder

3 tablespoon coconut sugar

1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 dropper of vitamin B12


1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon maca



1) Blend and scoop out into serving bowls or small mason jars.

Enjoy! keeps for 2 to 3 days when kept cool.
