Easy Energizing Raw Soup

Ingredients 2 carrots 3 stalks of celery 2 tbsps hemp seeds 1/4 to 1/2 of a big avocado 1/2 the juice of a fresh lemon 1-2 cups of water Season with: coriander Wakame or dulse flakes tamari
Method: Blend all the ingredients together in a blender. Add water to desired consistency, more for a thin soup, less for a creamier soup. Season generously with coriander, dulse and tamari (go hard with these, they give so much flavor and nutrition!). Heat over stove top until just warm or, eat unheated!
