A healthy, protein packed smoothie, that has a slight caramel flavor from the mesquite and a beautiful blue color from Blue Chai tea! Recipe by Laura Peill of Viand - the blog.

Ingredients

1 banana
3/4 cup ice
1/2 cup Blue Chai Tea
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tsp mesquite powder
1/2 scoop your favorite plant based vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp wheatgrass powder
1 tsp Blueberry acai powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp Bee Pollen
Order Ingredients

Directions

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. Add less ice if you like your smoothie to be more liquidy, or more to help it reach a smoothie bowl consistency.
