Almond Cinnamon Milk

is stripped down and basic yet inspires the taste buds with the perfect combination of cinnamon spice, vanilla bean, sweetener and creamy almond milk. You can drink it plain as a snack, add frozen banana, maca and Epic Protein
for a delicious post workout smoothie, or soak raw oat groats or chia seeds in it overnight for a ready-to-eat breakfast the next morning. Enjoy!
Ingredients 1c of homemade *almond milk 1/2tsp of agave 1/4tsp cinnamon 1/4tsp of raw vanilla powder *To make almond milk combine 1 park soaked almond to 3 parts water or coconut water. Blend until smooth then strain through a nut milk bag.
Directions Process for a minute in your vitamix or blender and enjoy!
